Our Strategy 2025

Our five year strategy was approved in March 2020 and has been subject to a mid-point review in September 2022. It sets out our ambition for the next five years.

It builds on the strong foundations to ensure that we deliver quality and improving services to our customers and communities. The strategy sets out our ambition and our plans to achieve that ambition.

The NCH Strategy is focussed on three priorities:-

Customer:- Placing our customers at the centre of everything we do.

  • Support for our customers.
Community: Creating and sustaining communities where people want to live.
  • Thriving communities.
  • More quality homes.
  • Regenerating existing communities.
Colleague: Empowering our colleagues to achieve great things.
  • Great colleague experience.
  • A well run association.

Mid-point review

In 2022 we are halfway through the delivery of NCH strategy 2025, as we always do, we have undertaken a mind-point review to evaluate progress and to confirm that it still contains the right ambitious and focus in a fast changing world.

Following colleague, board and customer feedback the updated NCH Strategy 2025 contains the same ambition to place our customers and communities at the heart of everything we do, while ensuring a valued colleague experience that empowers us all to make great things happen.
