Our Corporate Plan 2022-25

To provide clarity on how the strategy is delivered, a three-year rolling corporate plan is presented to board for approval in March each year.

The corporate plan for 2022/25 (CP3-5) is the third annual plan, and its purpose is to define the actions and outcomes that will be delivered during the period to ensure that the priorities of the strategy are achieved and to place the association in a strong position when developing its next five-year strategy.
