We approved our environmental sustainability strategic commitment in November. Improving the energy efficiency of our homes is a key element in our environmental ambition to play our part in addressing the climate emergency and to help our customers limit the impact of increasing energy costs.

The commitment recognises our responsibility to act in relation to the homes we provide, the buildings we occupy, and our daily business activities.
