Empty Homes

We want to maximise the occupancy of our homes. One of the ways we do this is by reducing the time they are empty between tenancies. The number of empty homes and turnaround time has been higher than we would like. We are in the process of reducing the backlog of empty properties, this will lead to a reduced void turnaround time.
